Athletes from Old Power Goalball Club, the representative of ECGA , the TUC, and Alma Sports Development organisation came together in Finland, to collaborate on the creation of the innovative goalball tablet and to present the sport of goalball, teamwork, innovation, and shared vision for the tablet creation in Finland on 12–13 April 2026, hosted in Espoo.
Goalball athletes took part in the first trials of our tablet, testing it and sharing valuable feedback to shape its development.

This visit marks a significant step forward in advancing the creation of the tablet for goalball, strengthening collaboration between sport, research, and technology.
The event brought partners together for a dynamic presentation of goalball by athletes, showcasing the essence of the sport through real gameplay, interaction, and shared experience. A key milestone of the visit was the first hands-on trial of the innovative tablet, where athletes provided valuable feedback to support its development.The visit was further honoured by the presence of Erkki Miinala, gold Paralympic medalist and President of the European Goalball Association.
